My Background

I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and successfully completed the mortgage broker licensing program with strong academic results. I am licensed through the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in Quebec.

My background helps me understand the financial side of a mortgage application, but I also believe that every file is about more than numbers. Behind every mortgage application, there is a person, a family, a goal, and sometimes a challenge that needs to be understood carefully.

Why I Became a Mortgage Broker

My decision to become a mortgage broker came from my own experience as a first-time home buyer. During the process of purchasing a home, I spent countless hours researching, analyzing options, and learning about mortgages, financing, lender requirements, and homeownership.

What I discovered is that buying a home is about much more than simply following a few steps. Behind every mortgage application are important financial decisions that can affect a family for many years. Understanding the numbers is important, but having the right guidance throughout the process can make an even bigger difference.

I was fortunate to have a trusted friend acting as my mortgage broker who guided me through every stage of the journey. Having someone knowledgeable by my side gave me confidence, helped me avoid mistakes, and allowed me to make informed decisions.

That experience inspired me to become a mortgage broker myself. I realized that I wanted to be that trusted advisor for other people—the person who takes the time to listen, explain options clearly, solve problems, and help clients make informed decisions.

My goal is simple: to provide high-quality service, personalized mortgage solutions, and the level of support I would want for myself and my own family. I strive to be the mortgage broker my clients can rely on throughout their homeownership journey.
